Brand Team Studio Assistance (20 Weeks)
While assisting the brand team, I helped with various projects to expand existing resources and supported new projects that needed design help. Some of these projects include:
Expanding the stock photo library with images that fit the style of our companies assets and would be valuable for employees to use in their work and presentations.
Ideating, creating and pitching new icons to expand our company wide library. Each icon comes in a set of 13 in various sizes and colors and can be downloaded as PNGs, SVGs or AI files.
Researching, licensing and creating cinemagraphs to be used in various company wide communications and for employee use.
Exploring logo designs and implementing the final in the branding assets of Avanade’s 20th anniversary. Some of the assets created were email banners, LinkedIn banners, T-shirts and PPT templates.

#Workfromhere Marketing Event
I also planned our Work From Here Marketing event from start to finish. 
The Idea:
In todays workplace, you can work from anywhere and Avanade can help you get the right tools to do it. We wanted to set up a communal workspace in a very public spot in NYC with wifi, tables and games to help spread the word on our company and the work we do. In the Flatiron Plaza, right across the street from our office, we had technology demos all day showing attendees some of our projects and we collected email address' if they were interested in learning more. 
The Planning Process:
- Had meetings with the regional brand and marketing teams to ideate what the event would entail and create a plan.
- Researched possible locations, vendors and pricing to fit within the budget.
- Secured the vendors and managed all the communications with them.
- Designed and ordered merchandise to be used and distributed to people that attended.
- Created the site plan and run of show documents for the venue.
- Worked with the team to send out payments to the venue and vendors.
- On the day of with help of the team, I managed the event which included setup and breakdown, assisting volunteers and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day.
Results From the Event
This event ended up being the highest performing guerilla marketing event Avanade did that year globally in terms of engagement. The event also performed over 10x better than the most successful social content posted. Our team got great global recognition from executives and people that were able to join the event.

2020 Rethink Global Marketing Campaign (8 Weeks)
The Idea - Respond, Reset, Renew ​
Although it may be impossible to predict or prevent future disruptions, you can mitigate the impacts, while outperforming your competitors. ​Business continuity will remain a key priority, but you also need to set your sights on the long term. You must rethink.

Main Content Areas:
Retail, Banking, Manufacturing (Health and Public Services)

Message Considerations: 
- Appeal to c-level audiences ​
- Differentiate from competitors​
- Represent our brand​

Process:
- Refine the final concept
- Ideation for object combinations to help illustrate general, big bet, client priorities, industry, data and AI concepts. 
- Created image combinations using Photoshop and stock images. 

The Imagery:
The objects have a dual purpose, and the morphing of one thing changing into another seamlessly, mirrors how transformation within businesses can also happen in the same way. The images are unexpected, provocative, positive, playful and thought provoking and utilize our brand colors.
These were used in social media posts across Avanade accounts globally as well as in marketing material.

2023 Avanade US Website Redesign
For this project, the goal was to rethink and redesign the next iteration of the Avanade US website. Our website was very dense with mega menus and complex pages with a lot of content.
Competitor Analysis:
Our team took an in depth look at other company websites in tech consulting, creative agencies and other related areas. We assessed what worked well, what didn't and key trends we were seeing. The design team then took those insights and created the new website.
Image Sourcing and Selection:
I also assisted in image sourcing and selection for the new pages. I started by looking at key messages and takeaways from complex pages like life sciences, AI and analytics and managed services then selected images that accurately conveyed those messages. These images set the tone for the pages so they were selected with a lot of thought with the copy and layouts in mind. Then the images were scaled, cropped and optimized for the web. I had to manage tight timelines and approvals and create complex folder structures to help out the development team.
